"JIFFY" Mix and National Day Calendar Announce Inaugural National "JIFFY" Mix Day

Coming October 1, 2025 – To celebrate a nearly century-long legacy of making baking easier and more delicious, Chelsea Milling Company, the makers of "JIFFY" Mix, has officially partnered with National Day Calendar to designate October 1 as National "JIFFY" Mix Day. The annual observance will begin in 2025.

Since its invention in 1930 by Mabel White Holmes, "JIFFY" has been a staple in American kitchens, cherished by home bakers and trusted by food service professionals alike. The company, still family-owned and operated in Chelsea, Michigan, remains dedicated to the values of quality, innovation, and community that have defined the brand for generations.
